Priestess Initiations is an official doing-business-as (DBA) name of The Goddess Coven LLC, a Colorado limited liability company owned and operated by Casey Elizabeth Dunne. The Goddess Coven LLC is a separate legal entity from Soul Invitation Counseling LLC.

Priestess Initiations is an educational platform, not a therapy practice. Nothing on this site — including podcast episodes, written content, courses, or embodiment practices — constitutes therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and does not create a client-therapist relationship. Casey Dunne's clinical practice operates entirely separately through Soul Invitation Counseling LLC.
Casey does not provide clinical support, coaching, or ongoing personal guidance through Priestess Initiations. All courses are self-guided and involve no direct engagement with Casey outside of booked services listed below.

This content is shared in Casey's role as educator and public figure, not as a clinician, and does not constitute therapy or clinical guidance.
Casey does not promote the podcast to current therapy clients. If you are a current or former client who has independently discovered this podcast, please be aware that listening to free podcast content is permitted and welcome, but does not alter the boundaries of your therapeutic or post-therapeutic relationship with Casey. A formal dual relationship consent process is initiated through Soul Invitation Counseling LLC when a current client discovers this platform.

Goddess Astrology Placement Snapshots
Goddess Placement Snapshots are a curated written service — Casey personally runs and interprets your chart and delivers it via email. No live readings are included. Live readings are not offered through Priestess Initiations as a general service; this policy exists to maintain clarity that astrology readings do not constitute therapy and to protect the educational nature of this platform.
Former ongoing therapy clients are not eligible to purchase a Goddess Placement Snapshot for a minimum of six months following the conclusion of treatment. Casey will not encourage or suggest this paid service to former or current therapy clients. Active intensive clients are not eligible for the duration of their intensive, as a therapeutic relationship is ongoing and Casey will not promote this or any other Priestess Initiations service during treatment. Former intensive-only clients may purchase a snapshot once their intensive has concluded of their own volition.
Akashic Records Readings
Akashic Records readings are available a maximum of twice per year per person. Readings are offered as a spiritual educational service and do not constitute therapy or clinical treatment.
Former ongoing therapy clients are not eligible for Akashic Records readings for a minimum of one year following the conclusion of treatment. Former intensive-only clients may be considered on a case by case basis after a minimum of six months. These timelines reflect Casey's clinical judgment and exceed standard professional ethical guidelines where applicable. They exist to allow power dynamics and dual relationships to fully dissipate. Casey reserves the right to decline readings to former clients at her clinical discretion.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled reading will be charged at the full session rate, no exceptions.
Sacred Union Officiant Services
Officiant services involve a level of personal intimacy distinct from other offerings and carry stricter eligibility boundaries accordingly.
Current therapy clients at Soul Invitation Counseling are not eligible for officiant services for the duration of their treatment. Former ongoing therapy clients are not eligible for a minimum of five years following the conclusion of treatment, without exception. Former intensive-only clients must wait a minimum of two years and may be asked to wait up to five years depending on the nature of material processed in their intensive. These timelines reflect Casey's clinical judgment and exceeds standard professional ethical guidelines where applicable, recognizing that the intimate nature of officiating a sacred union carries relational weight beyond that of most post-therapeutic contact.
Cancellations made more than one month before the ceremony will be charged at half the agreed rate. Cancellations made within one week of the ceremony will be charged at the full rate.
Travel expenses are billed separately based on location. Hotel and gas fees apply for any ceremony taking place more than 50 miles outside Boulder, CO.
Substack Membership & Dual Relationship Policy
Casey does not promote Priestess Initiations to active or former therapy clients who are not already aware of the platform. This is to maintain clear boundaries between her educational and clinical roles and to avoid using the therapeutic relationship as a referral or promotional channel.
For clients who are already Substack subscribers prior to beginning an intensive, paid subscriptions will be comped for the duration of the intensive. This policy exists to eliminate any dual financial relationship between Casey's educational and clinical work. Clients who are not already subscribers will not be introduced to or directed toward Priestess Initiations during the course of treatment.
This reflects Casey's commitment to protecting the integrity of the therapeutic relationship and ensuring that clinical work remains free from commercial influence in either direction.
